SERVICE LEVEL OBJECTIVE (SLO) PROFESSIONAL™ Certification accredited by Value Delivery Factory is focused on understanding of SLO-based approach to the Reliability from a practical implementation perspective.
The certification provides the participants with the various aspects of implementing an SLO-based approach to Reliability, including the calculations to have meaningful service level indicators (SLIs) and accurate SLO targets.

Exam Requirements
- Prerequisites for SERVICE LEVEL OBJECTIVE (SLO) PROFESSIONAL™ Exam is Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Fundamentals™ certification or Equivalent certification or Knowledge of SRE fundamentals
- Attend a face-to-face or virtual course taught by a Certified SERVICE LEVEL OBJECTIVE (SLO) PROFESSIONAL™ trainer
- Have 16 hours of live online or 16 hours of in-person training with SERVICE LEVEL OBJECTIVE (SLO) PROFESSIONAL™
- After successfully completing the course, you will need to accept the License Agreement to take the 40 question SERVICE LEVEL OBJECTIVE (SLO) PROFESSIONAL™ test
- To pass the test, correctly answer 27 out of the 40 questions within the 60-minute time limit
- Maintain your SERVICE LEVEL OBJECTIVE (SLO) PROFESSIONAL™ certification by renewing your certification annually
